Hey weeby I believe the latest hotfix fixed the loadouts issue, or at least claimed to do so. I had the same issue but didn’t have the patience to wait for the fix.
If you feel the same screen shot each loadout so you can recreate them. Then delete the saved data for the game. This means loadouts and settings will be reset to default.

Suit yourself and suffer then. There is a solution that literally works and takes about 10 minutes to recreate your loadouts. Good luck.
