I thought Illfonic would’ve fixed this by now. Pigs need to have a fixed spawn location and it should be easier to find their carcasses when you kill them. There are times when I try to find a pig that I killed earlier and I can’t find it anywhere. It should be more visible.
Where are all the pigs????
I mean, bodies cool down when they aren’t alive to produce heat.
I guess that makes sense but this is a game, there should be some kind of indicator to help us find the pig we killed.
Predator tracking with the Map is pretty inconsistent through, I’d give you that. If it helps, just try to remember exactly where the Pig died by associating a tree or a river near it.

I think they may have fixed the pig issue on Backwater. Played earlier and there was practically a herd of them. Could of gave up hunting and opened an abattoir instead.
Yeah, I try to look for landmarks to help me remember where the pig was at. A youtuber said that shooting an arrow at the pig is helpful too and I’ve found that to be useful.
Yeah, I’ve noticed some improvements on Backwater. I had a match on Overgrowth today and there were barely any pigs anywhere. Overall, pig spawning is still kinda broken and needs to be fixed.
