Where is Dutch and Isabelle on Xbox???

I was wondering that where is Dutch and Isabelle on Xbox???
I encountered a lot of Dutches but they are mostly PC players and i checked on the Store and we cant even buy Dutch or Isabelle.

Are they coming to Xbox later?
