I would say that DL1 PVP was more fun and entertaining than this game ever had the potential to be. It wasn’t perfect, but it was on the right track.

They have done it several times already. The main one for me was the Exile predator that was shown to have the “Tank” predlocks on all of his artwork and promotional imagery.
When he released he didn’t have them at all but instead he had Elders predlocks that could change color, not only was this bullshit to those who bought him but all of those people who wanted to change elders predlock colors now had to pay for a dlc they may not have wanted.
It took them 10 months to finally put them in the game and then gave them out to everyone for free.
Every update for the past year and a half has gotten less and less content to the point that they don’t even fix bugs anymore, don’t change the balance of the game, don’t fix the exploits that are currently in the game, release half baked skins that aren’t finished and have a myriad of issues yet sell them at full price, don’t communicate with the community in the slightest and effectively told all of the content creators who promote the game to fuck off.
They are a terrible company, they are parasites who drain as much money as they possibly can from gullible people who are desperate to get something from their favorite franchises. Anyone who wastes money on them at this point deserves to be disappointed and made fun of.

That’s being a little loose with the definition of “near.” It does look like a fun game to play as the zombie. The only zombie multiplayer game I’ve ever played was Killing Floor 2.
