In my game there is no '87 predator is not available. Is he going to be added back to the pre-order accounts?

yea, there is a bug their fixing it should be added back from what I am aware if you pre-ordered the game.

I really hope they add the '87 pred back. I really love playing as him and having folks go “oh shit a pre-order” lol.
