Try deleting PHG preferences in your Playstation’s save file settings (this will reset custom settings for Loadouts, Options and Bindings)

Ummmm…eventually they decided to add him in the game for everyone and just put a level cap on em.

Chances are your code is expired?

Last I checked the code doesn’t expire until some time next year.

Just grind till 100 or buy dlc they are better preds then the alpha

You have to be lvl 100 now to be able to use him.
