Who else remembers the original Predator nes game?

I remember this game on the NES well and it was very very difficult.

Yeah back in the day of NES, people didnthave money to spend on games that didn’t make sense game playwise. Considering the best we got at the time was as either Mario…or metroid.

Batman 1989 was probably the likeliest game we picked up after many side scroller actioners went under the radar. Double dragon was probably the most sucessful but i think that came much later.

To me, people were so picky back in the day. I know alien games were on atari as well.Even Robocop and Terminator.

Hell yea man i remember all to well and honestly i enjoyed those games without those classics we wouldn’t have what we have today.

Yea it was cool i agree.

if you were in your 20s you’d probably pick stuff up like no big deal, but when you’re 8 …its more likely Contra and Zelda.

Cuz like 8 year olds were buying stickers and magnets of mario and shit.
but when you’re 20 you’re probably buying smokes.

Had it as a kid

Well i remember back then there weren’t demos or stuff to try games before buying them. Blockbuster started video game rentals after the super nes came out. So, most people bought games because of the cover or what it relate to. I had a couple of friends that I would swap games with.

I didn’t had many NES games, probably under 20, but played probably close to 100

Never had it as a kid. But growing up with an emulator and quicksaves anything is possible.

yeah… back then that was the “difficulty” of most games. You had low health/lives/continues so you had to pretty much memorize each level to beat it. And if you died, start over from the beginning.

I can only think of a few good titles

I had the game as well and alot of NES games. Kids these days do not know how it is with no game demos you either bought a game that was good or wasted money lmmfao.

Emulators are helpful i use emulators alot to play classics and i love the autosave because most games back then didn’t have any savepoints.

I can think of so many true classics and great titles
