since ive moved out from my parents, it took me about 4 years and a pendemic to get myself to commit to an actual diet. Keto and Carnavoir 95% of my time. Because now is the time to focus on quality diet.
Been on a Keto diet for a year, and a regimen of light anaerobic excercise.
I can tell you I lost about 10 pounds overall and feel great!
It beats living with family whom have diet exxpectations of themselves and impart that upon the rest of the household. But today,indie, I place greater emphasis in what I consume.
I may not count my calories, but i have a generalization of that and my carbs and my protiens and fats. I think it will help change your life if you keep to that path!
The ketogenic diet is great for losing weight!

I tried a carnivorous as well but my body didn’t like it at all
Right now I eat whatever I want because the world is ending
To me the ideal diet is a combination of keto, vegetarian and whatever you enjoy
By that I mean one day you might do keto

The next include grains
