and you can fucking tell when a pred is potato but even you being fucking good, you still die because your team is shit and canāt for the love of god even fire at the pred

Honestly that seems inaccurate based on the player base. We all know you canāt balance around the top or the bottom. Yet you get real defensive when the middle starts making balancing suggestions based on their experience and blame it on them getting huffy for losing to good FT.
Thereās a lot more good FT than there is good Pred.
The problem too is developing players. With match making the way it is I guarantee new preds face more experienced and skilled FTs more often then bad FT play against good Preds. Those bad FT can also be carried by 1 to 2 good FT members, where as preds will probably just give up out of frustration.

I play crossplay on always, around 5-6 hours EVERY DAY, for over a year now.
I think I have earned enough play time to establish patterns and statistics
Mid-tier players are probably the american discord (PCDS). Which I belong too. Sadly on console most play with crossplay off, so, no way to tell whoās there. Now playing with cat some are starting to play with us.

FT gameplay is just the normal FPS, anyone with experience on those types of games will be killing random Predators easy in a short time.
Predator gameplay is something we had to start from 0 on this game, it takes more work. Plus due to the wait times you can practice much more as FT than as Pred. Top FT players probably have 2-3 times more hours of FT experience than Top Pred players have playing as Pred. Sometimes I play like 3 matches as Predator on a day and Iām not in the mood for the wait times anymore so I just do like 10 FT matches in a row cus I get invited into a party with people I get along.
How many matches top ft usually play in a day ? How many matches top preds do in comparison ? Its not the same. I think I have improved more as FT than as Predator over the last months due to that.
So thereās an entire demographic not included in your statistics. Included in mine though having played since launch on console, I still encounter them with crossplay off. Just a variable but an interesting one that lends credit to my opinion.

Thatās counter productive, because you are basing your balance on a specific scenario ignoring others. Is no different than balancing it out among top tier players
In a similar situation, I even whine to the melons about what a shit pred Iāve become having leaned heavily to FT these last few months.
While at itās core FT is a typical FPS shooter the mechanics are slightly different in regards to evasion and other tactics employable. Also true that Pred has a far steeper learning curve but Illfonic does nothing the help that curve without at the very least level based matchmaking
Level Based Matchmaking will separate the boys from the men.

Because the bulk of the playerbase is console and you really canāt blame someone for not wanting to play against a class of players that immediately have an advantage due to input hardware?
Weāve been over console player aim how many times? Everyone agrees controllers have less accuracy than mouse users. I canāt blame people for not wanting the deck stacked further against them

I played with a controller for a long time. While is true is less accurate, it is only so for precise weapons like sniper rifles. With assault rifles there barely any difference. Is not my fault console players dont even know how to use a fucking controllerā¦ Oh and in PCā¦ Thereās not even aim assist, however shit it is on console, you still have some and thereās videos around proving it

I would agree, if only I hadnāt seen them kick ass equally using other weapons, like even the grenade launcher
The grenade launcher Iād like to see. Still the point stands, your average noob PC player with a Sawz is a headache for console players. Meanwhile in console world snipers are rarely a problem. Understandable why they would consider turning crossplay off to me.
