I’ve noticed this since the maintenance only.
And not every time.
First shot after not using it for a while seems to de-cloak, if you immediately cloak again then you stay stealthed while using it. Until of course there’s another long period without firing.
Game breaking bug.
I’m on PC btw.

So many silly things seem to cause a decloak. Like eating a pig or swinging a spear. Why?
So the fireteam can kill you ofc. Same reason canceling actions is a hold instead of a doubletap.
Why else?
Yeah I know I was talking more from a technical point of view. I know the whole thing is fictional but why would your advanced gear crap out every time you swing a spear? As a compromise they could decloak the spear itself? In pred 2 when he uses it it’s visible, so is his net gun.
Visible spear swinging around and floating looks dumb

Especially as it’s mounted on the wrists above the blade encasing.
