Now I always have one moron who muds up and sits 200 yards from the team thinking they are badass and gonna snipe it and either get Merked or just don’t help AT ALL when the predator shows up. Thanks for sharing this strat with the mongoloids

I really hate that, especially on Derailed. One mediocre clown shimmying up to the roofs is all it takes to completely tilt the advantage in the predators favor.

Oh don’t get me wrong, I’ll mud up and hide a short distance from my team as scout, and yeet in to flank when the predator shows up. Or even sometimes mud up and hide near the pigs (have gotten a surprising amount of kills on predators trying to eat doing this) BUT I’m talkin about the goons who do it with the Bolt action sniper and sit 200 yards away and literally don’t help at all

Iv started to be on the lookout for this. I haven’t come across anyone that uses this tactic that’s very skilled though. The first thing I do when I encounter the FT is count. If I only see 3, I’m going to assume that 4th is trying to separate from the pack so they can snipe. Then I ask myself where I’d be if I were them. Even then, if you’re by yourself, you are at an extreme disadvantage if I know where ur at.

Yes it’s inherently stupid. I’ve come across this a lot as a predator, and it’s funny then. But as a FT member it’s infuriating. I mean do people who are mudded up really think they are just straight invisible? It must be people who never play predator. Because yes, I can still see you moving. Or hey. Just turn my thermal off and see you clear as day?

The only time I can see it working is if the Predator has already engaged the FT and one lone Recon or Scout decides to break off and take up a snipers position. But again, I haven’t come across anyone who was skilled enough to do that without me noticing or skilled enough to keep track of me/shoot me while Iv engaged their teammates. I’m sure they’re out there tho.

Oh yea I’m constantly on a flanking mission, but yea as u said that’s deff a bit different than taking up a snipers position hoping ur good enough to take down the Pred before he cuts ur team in half.

No but yes I’m not this person but I’ve seen a lot of good damn plays from these types of ppl so it’s not entirely bad but if your bad and the one doing it well where gonna loose it’s better to stick to gather with hammerhead lmao

Well I also just had a game where we all died cause my team INSISTED on hiding whenever the predator showed up. The kinda game where you do 3k plus damage and everyone else does less than 100
Mud up and go at it alone, try to finish the mission.

Strat is good. Players are bad. They would’ve been bad regardless of how they play. Snipers and call-outs are how you turn the tide.
