I’m intrigued. I really am. I faced plenty of predators who are ass with it but when I face a FT and they get mopped I’m cheating? Man I’d really love for someone to break it down for me because I’ve had my ass handed to me at times via premade and I’ve had premades report me saying I cheat. Either way I’d love for some feed back from FT mains(feed me your cyber tears).

TBH every time we lose to a good pred, no matter their tactics, I blame my team mates, LMAO, not the pred weapons. More often than not I’m the one doing the most damage while the rest barely hit it.
The only time I get annoyed is when a Pred drops in the middle of all 4 and just melee the shit out of everyone. It takes absolutely no fucking skill other than “attack the PCDS first because the potatoes can’t aim”. I still blame the potatoes, but I get salty when they go for me first.

Even that is, in itself, a tactic.
Eliminate the FT that poses the greatest threat.
If a Predator makes the mistake of going for anyone but me at the beginning, I will make him pay. If he goes for me, then I have to do enough damage so that he can be winded before he goes to take my skull.
There are FT members out there that are worth a Second Wind. 🤷♂️

The changes to the game since the FT buff have literally steered preds right to it. It’s the most effective, viable, and universally useful weapon in the Predator’s arsenal at this point and every single one has it. What else are they gonna use harsh language?

In the case of regular Plasma caster, I suck with it. I rely on splash damage because my reaction time is too slow to get good shots with it. I haven’t heard anyone complaining about it. I have heard a fair number of FT complain about the HHPC though. They say I’m spamming it because I use it liberally when equipped. As if Im not supposed to use what I bring with me. As if FT blasting me with their hitscan guns isn’t the exact same thing.
I see it this way… I have a gun with actual projectile drop. They have insta-hit guns. Pred < FT.
They have specializations to improve their guns. I have down range. Pred = FT.
I have a cloak that can be seen/spotted relatively easily if I move. They have mud and OWLF guy (permanent mud effect) and specialization to insta-mud. Pred < FT
I have higher health than them but there’s 4 of them.
Pred < FT
I have melee weapons. They have lightsabers (oh, its true. Its true.). Pred < FT
I have 1 job. They have multiple objectives plus me if they choose. Pred > FT.
Thats one thing that gives me an advantage. One. And one thing that’s pretty equal. One.
FT is OP.

this is far from accurate
while cloaked you are invisible unless you are really close. If you are spotted from far away or standing still, the blood pools below you give you away. your bad.
plus YOU HAVE THERMAL VISION… who the fuck cares about mud with regular vision?
You have access to a vision mode we don’t have. Plus once you see us we get a big icon over our heads that doesn’t go away even if you mud up.
Plus you can literally climb any tree that allows you to have better panoramic vision
So no, when it comes to vision Pred is never less capable than FT. Never, ever.
I’ve done that. Jokingly against a PC squad, but I’ve done it. Also shouted “Owwwwwwwwwie” into the mic after a sniper shot.

Height advantage, sure, most times. But FT can climb many rocks and buildings. Ive been spotted at full health and blasted by snipers while crouching completely still. At the start of the match I reached an area before the FT and set up shop. Then they roll in and shoot me from like 80 m! Its a real thing. And the spotter perk is very good for FT. And the UAV scanner spots Preds too. Thermal vision is only really useful for unmudded FT. The icon disappears too if you lose direct sight.
FT also has the spotting grenades now. And Emp mines and grenades.
I reiterate… FT is OP
