The net gun can:

  • instantly stop interactions, such as revives, reinforcements, exfil, health kits, etc.
  • prevents you from taking damage from your target while also slowing them
  • if paired with berserker and fearless, you can easily tank some rounds while assassinating your target
  • in one on one situations, its basically an instant win
  • can be used to allow AI to kill your targets while they are helpless and you take no damage

It’s one of the strongest primaries in the game and is borderline overpowered.

In all seriousness, it is a viable answer to many different scenarios. Gives you lots of options. Though I am running into a significant number of issues with it, IE clear hits not registering. It’s quickly joining the ranks of unreliable weapons with the disk bow and combistick
