I noticed that even though I pick up one of the OWFL tapes and efill or otherwise survive the mission there’s no new tape in the extra archives. Why is this?

Either
A. You died and got reinforced and didn’t get the tape back or more likely
B. It was duplicate. They’re rare so it shouldn’t happen much.
Pretty much. @CHRIS_HANSEN have a seat over there and check out the Options window in your game, and DM me the number in the lower right corner along with your platform and username. I have no idea what I might be able to ask the backend guys to find but might as well check cause this sounds weird.

I also had this.
Most likely it was a duplicate as @Eshtion stated. I only need to get three more and then I’m done with them.
Until maybe Isabella’s tapes will come.
