Why is there a Flare effect after melee with Predator

OK, i recall this happennig quite a bit and i’m not sure what is going on.
Does the PRedator have the ability to give a concussive blast or is someone always throwing a flare grenade in my direction after I have meleed the predator several times.
Is this Predator’s Second Wind thing?

Hmm, that sounds like a bug. I mean, unless there’s something I missed, haha. I haven’t seen that happen. 🤔

Sounds like second wind. They added a blind to it.

ACtually I found out 1.06 states that it is.
