I have suggested this idea in the past and a lot of people liked the idea itself.
So, basically a wild buff is a buff which would be acquired during a match, it’s similar to mechanics which many games use, to name a few would be Evolve or Smite.
Now my idea is to have Wild animals such as Jaguars, Crocodiles, Snakes, etc , these would give a few different buffs, and would also heal a small amount, Predators would be able to have 3 at once for the entire match. For example let’s say a Crocodile gave you higher damage resistance, a Jaguar would give increased stealth and a Snake would give you DoT on melee attacks. However you could eat another animal and option would appear to replace one buff at random. Obviously boars would not give buffs, they would stay the same.
Fireteam on the other hand would have a buff mission where they would have to kill an Officer with high damage output, making it risky for FT but also rewarding, however Predators will not be able to trigger the Buff Officer and vice versa, a buff for FT would be increased damage output against Ai or passive healing under a certain threshold of HP.
The idea is here and I think it would make it different for both sides. The buffs themselves can be changed but the idea is still here.
