What is better wolf assassin with the perks medic, large pouch, and down range. Or wolf assassin with the perks dithered lens, large pouch, and down range?

It depends on your playstyle
If you use plasma caster so much, it’s better to use dithered lens
If you want to keep pressure on fireteam, medic is a good perk

I want to be more aggressive so is combi stick and plasma caster?
If you want to play aggressive then use Medic
Combi is also good against those fireteams who wants to body block each other to save and revive, cuz you can hit everyone if you throw combistick
