Wont let me start a quick game on ps4

I load in the main menu im able to mess with the shop and customization but it wont let me use quick match or the other game modes like tutorial once i move my controller to customization it wont let me move it back up to quick match tutorial or the other one anyone else having this issue on ps4

I have no idea.
I’d have to see it to even try to figure out what could help.

Try deleting the game and reinstalling.

It sounds like the epic games linking issue? Try unlinking epic games from your psn and re-link

Iv tyed it that when it first started happening it didint work

I think you have to delete saved data and that might help.

Thanks it solved my problem. I appreciate the help now. The only thing id liked to know is how did it happen so i can evoid the risk of it happening again

It also could be connected to an linked Epic Account.

Some players where a restart of the game or deleting the save data didn’t work had an epic account linked. Sometimes this seems to glitch the game and makes Quick Play, Private Match and Tutorial inaccessible. But that fix would be quite easy off just del-inking and re-linking the Epic Account.

If the Save Data Fix may not work for you at one point try this one instead.
