you kinda fucked up on this video ,but you are still right that the predator is still the prey against decent fire team
Alright Imma give you a quick rundown
- You used the alpha sickle
- You didn’t melee cancel
- You were playing on Derailed which is a FT sided map
You got massively outplayed on the roof. Then you did the same thing again, going melee and expecting to run in and floor the team from full to 0.
You lost because you bad man…

Also it’s can be that the first guy is a cheater which was seeing you all the time. You was behind the corner and he just came to it and strike. Really? And what if you woud stand on the next corner? This is looks too suspiciously…
And just 2 games ago I meet such guy too on this map. He was just standing on the roof and tried to mark me from the huge distance. Even when I was behind the rocks etc. During this actions, he was speaking in voice chat telling something like “You’r following him, he’s jumped away”. Yes, he played as sniper and it’s easy to mark predator from distance, but cmon, there are a lot of trees, rock, bushes…You cannot just see predator through everything!
Maybe that was premade FT(probably everything was so) but such moments looks very suspicious…
UPD: lul, I met a premade fireteam with low graphics. Looks like that wa the reason of their god accuracy.
Eh? I mark predators all the time in trees and what not as I reload my weapons, I don’t even see my target, I just point in the general area as I reload and press “E” (on PC). There’s no cheating in anything that guy did in the video.

Dunno about that. I’ve had pretty good games regardless of if Fireteam Members Escape, the Match Timer runs out, or I claim 2+. The biggest difference seems to be the complete removal of Melee Magnetism as the Predator. Factor in the new Toys everyone is trying out and us Predator Mains have a lot of things to adjust to.
Get in, poke quickly, and get out. I’ve been very successful this way. And I’d rather let Players slip away instead of risking a Downed State, I.E. an easy win for Enemy Players.

Melee combos haven’t been viable since launch, OP.
Atleast post a sniper squad being cancer on derailed or two guys melting you with rifle spray after glancing in your general direction.
Looks like I picked the right time to play FT
