Wrist Blade is broken

I swear to god my Dutch got downed today few times by only 3 wrist blade hits. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

It’s a bug where the hit is registering twice. That or a crazy stealth buff for the wristblades lol.

Sometimes it does an insta double slash, the first animation strike.

I think its a bug, when I do it, it doesn’t seem right.

Either that or they gave a weird speed buff.

Still cool though.

Wrist-Blades DID need a buff but that might be slightly excessive. Still that’s one bug I’d LOVE to have happen for me.

If that’s indeed a bug that’s a big oof. Wristblades are still probably 2nd best Melee Weapon if we haven’t seen precise calculations for the Dutch Patch.

it is a bug currently you can cancel wristlbade swipes into weapons swaps causing for instant melee attacks that allows the pred to swing and move at the same time with no lag/stutter or downframes

Alot melee weapons got better tracking/combo changes so thats where the bug stems from probably

I don’t see why this is a prob jus don’t get hit lmao I’m jus kidding but I sometimes run net gun and wrist blades and wipe teams pretty fast

it when predator jumps in his autos go fast but only after a jump in for some reason. Or its a attack bow attack and you just cant see how fast it is. Thats what i do so i dont get parried

If you record the match from pred view, the starting point of the combo is a vicious double strike followed by two slower strikes. Doesn’t work if you just spam, only the first strike is the double.
probably another bit of non documented mechanics.
I’d assume there’s a timer on it so if you surprise attack with the blades it’s brutal but if you hack and slash there’s a detriment.

note: I never actually noticed this in game, only after playing back recordings of games. I’ll try to attach an example.

I’ve seen the glitch where the claws sometimes double hit.

And there is also a way to cancel the animation and get some double hits on command.

Not sure if intended or not, (assuming it is not so I do not use) but based on how the the leap slam animation cancel was fixed, are we sure we want this one fixed too?
