Mmmmmnope - have experienced on both sides, there are still clicking sounds while Predz is standing/crouched still and cloaked

Best way to win now as pred is to wait for helicopter. they are on the pile there. everything before is waste of time, here time is short so no time for healing and they fight AI. Perfect time to strike.
Maybe illfonic should give him a big and tasty bone for him to put inside his mouth and savor it all the time during the hunt.
This way he wouldn’t be able to do any noise.
plus… that could save his life! … and our reputation as well.

the predator was never fully invisible in the movie, you’re definetly visible when you move but when standing still youre are so much harder to detect
and just because a few things from the movie wasn’t followed, doesn’t mean we shouldnt attempt to be as close to the movie as possible
not true. standing without moving will result in complete invisibility.

as far as trolling tactics are concerned, predators have also been known to flash their eyes, based on the information i could find, this is believed to be a scare tactic
some predators don’t do this if they are confident enough they can hunt their prey
NET GUN TRAPPER PERK I swear if I keep hearing people complain about knifes holy crap
that means the predator would understand the psychological impact of fear in what it hunts. it must have a base if not very good understanding (seeing as they are the more advanced ones) of human behaviors etc from all its observing. its impossible to know exactly what it thinks or how it perceives other species being an alien but i find it really cool to imagine. I always thought it was cool it couldnt be bothered to communicate or share or form diplomatic relations. it just wants to hunt. In terms of predator 1 lore where we know dont really know anything about it. im for sure overthinking an Arnold action movie though!

I too sometimes see the cloaked Predators if they are really close. I’ve seen the bandana player taking his time before hitting you with the knife, I believe she wasn’t sure if you were really there or not.
Otherwise if she was hacking she would’ve had just pinged you, letting everybody else know you were there from the start.

Yeah that was crazy. I don’t know how she saw you lol…One time I ran away, cloaked, & was in the middle of healing when all four Fireteam members ran right pass me. I roared in the middle of healing, & they all turned around, but still didn’t see me…As long as you don’t move your feet, you should be totally invisible.
dude you can not seriously think that still from the film and the game are the same. THE CLOAK SOESNT LOOK LIKE THAT AT ALL THAT SHIT IS 100X HARDER TO SEE LOL.
it is already hard to see in the game, don’t move and you’re 100 percent if not near invisible, if you’re moving players will be able to notice
and given how the predators invisibility is portrayed in BOTH movies and in games, its very accurate in this one, you’re not meant to be 100 percent invisible when you cloak and move

Exactly. The sound the Predator makes is positional. I had a dude literally standing on top of me while crouched, I didn’t move. He didn’t even know I was there. We were touching and he was looking directly over my head, but knew I was in that bubble somewhere.
