How about letting the predators use the X setting in their vision to also see the closest (alive) pigs?
Make pigs in a different colour thought, so preds can single out fireteam and pigs depending on what they’re after.

I really like this idea. Or at least, they should make it so pigs create larger noise indicators in thermal vision, and they should be able to be seen from longer distances in that way. The most annoying thing about pigs for me right now is that if they run, they can change directions without the slightest animation, and as such can run around corners so fast that they are easy to lose.
