I think an easy solution to that problem would be that the plasma caster is charged by your energy, which means that you lose power in the moment you recharge by an x amount. So you cannot be staying in stealth for much longer if you need to recharge and so forth.

That gun is still crap. Buff it with another 10 DMG to see how it gets on

i think the biggest complaint people have about the pp is the fact its spammable. it take 5+ shots to knock a FT member if your close and splintered shots hit. I can tell you that its not as easy as you think to land those hits cause of the ark and such that it gets as you get further way and the travel speed.

It however is spammable and you can just carpet bomb an area. This may seem OP but only to the person getting targeted. Your other FT members get a pretty good view of whats happening and its pretty easy to track the pred who is just peppering your area with them. I can tell you if you have a even slightly observant team who will come back you up. They can easily push the pred back and stop the constant firing for a while.

The only purpose the weapon has it chip damage. It now does that much better then it did. As the FT learns how to deal with this new wep and are more observant to it i can tell you it won’t take long for them to counter it.

I infact have had FT members doing it to me today when i was checking to see how op it was. Its apparently not a hard counter once you know the pred has the weapon.

There is absolutely no point in coming here and telling people to nerf the predators. You have to understand just by the wait times for both FT and Predator that 95% of the active player base is predator main. So you are coming here and complaining about predator to 95% predator players-how do you think that will work? I play only FT so I know how OP predators have become but since most don’t and play only predator-why would they agree to a nerf? It is pointless OP,the FT base in the game is dying and you can see it by wait times moving from 35 secs on FT to 28 in just a couple of days. Soon there will be no more FT players,even know I have to wait 2-3 minutes on average extra to get a full FT and that is with Crossplay turned on. The game is going the way of the dinosaurs cause the devs don’t care about balancing at all. I give it an extra month being alive and then it will just be a fond memory.

Placebo effect.

Been rocking plasma gun since day one w scout class.

Using it w unlimited invisibility so the fire team can’t see where it is coming from is too fun.

It feels no different.

Y’all will complain about anything fr smh.

I had a predator use only the plasma pistol in a match. At first it was annoying but even with a not so competent fireteam we still won and I pulled off a lot of damage because it gave away his position and it made him mostly stationary. Just practice going against it and you’ll realise it definitely doesn’t need a nerf.
