You’ve probably faced me before but I need an opinion

Now you guys have probably faced me and kicked my ass, or vice versa, (Chuck2076)but out of all the builds I’ve made, I’m starting to enjoy playing as scout more often than my hunter, but for some advice what weapons do you recommend for a hit and run tactic?

Katana and Decoys, confuse them then just whittle them down slowly.

I use caster and (when it works) bow a ton on my scout. If you’re doing melee hit and run, katana or combistick (throws)

If you face a PS team then you can use any weapon you’d like.

Lol I’m trying to face as many premades as possible before I turn my crossplay back on for the first time in months

Personally I would rephrase that for randoms use any weapons you like but against a premade PC or PS4 then take weapons you’re truly proficient with.

I don’t think I’ve encountered you yet. I would recommend using the Combistick, as @Weevo540 said focus on throws to weaken them down then for second I would use the Smart Disc (depending on level of mastery) because in the right hands, that thing tears. Just the other day I faced a pre made of Team X Elite that included @Kid_Scoutz and @Durbs2001, and my Smart Disc plays are probably what saved me from getting melted instantly, and after sufficiently whittling them down with ranged (mostly the Smart Disc, but with the occasional Combistick Throw), I was able to finish them off with Combistick melee for the win. If you want to face a Pre-Made and win, I would recommend Combistick and Smart Disc because it definitely tears up Pre-Mades in the right hands, and always play ranged first (unless 1 is separated, then take that one out) and once supplies and health are low, finish them off with melee.

I just can’t use the disk without it seeming like it’s skipping or lagging mid flight. When it does work however that shit will tear you a new one, it’s only weakness though are flash bang grenades and well you know being found out standing still like a moron playing with your fancy bomb watch.

Doesn’t get much more meta than the netgun right now, but I’ve faced some good PC predators that like to hit with a charged bow, then throw the combistick.

Yeah, whenever my ping is above 180 it is very choppy and near unusable.

I typically run on my scout

Alpha sickle or Katana
Syringes. trackers, audio decoy

I have two different ways for perks
large pouch, modified reserve, down range

or

Large pouch, long jump, adrenal

If you are quick, elder sword and katana are great for melee hit and run tactics.

Problem is certain teams (mine included) keep track of what preds do (pred name, rating, habits, etc). If you become predictable is very easy to beat you even if you are good.
