I don’t think there’s any point singling out Jelou. I think the use of macros and other player aids to make the game easier and gain advantage is just considered normal in the PC community. This isn’t going to change. I am surprised by the defence of hiding under the map, but perhaps I shouldn’t be.
The one thing this thread has done though is made me consider switching crossplay off again.

it is not dude… that is bump fire. perfectly legal and does not involve any modification to the trigger mechanism.
The same is done with ARs which are not sold fully automatic for civilians.
You use the recoil to keep firing the weapon at the expense of accuracy (pretty much what happens in the game as I demonstrated in a video I uploaded)
pretty sure with bump fire you will get the same result 100% as you do exactly the same, hold your finger down

Instead of just pulling the trigger, you hold your trigger finger still and pull the frame forward with your off hand against the recoil. It works for most semi-automatic weapons. Some people go so far as to use their belt loop to anchor their trigger hand steady, others use sticks or special “bumb fire stocks” that allow the frame to slide back and forward as fast as the mechanism will fire. Trump signed a ban on bump stocks though, so you’ll have to use the other methods if you want to keep it legal.
No matter what you say or think, it’s not cheating as rapid fire macros are a known feature for most gaming hardware. You’re really reaching with this and you need to get over it. There is literally nothing the devs can do to stop it, and to think they were unaware of it being a fact of life when making the game is naïve.
Anyone can bump fire a glock in real life. There’s no reason you shouldn’t be able to in the game. Get over it.

Not really, I know a ton of people who know how to bump fire IRL and use macros on their KBs… You have access to the same stuff. Only you can enable yourself beyond the limitations others project upon you in this case.

It’s not cheating. You can do this thing in real life. There’s clearly an effort from the devs to include a realistic fire mechanism in their “glockoff” model in the game. Until the devs say otherwise, it’s a feature. Get over it.
