Ok here’s what I’m thinkin’:
Pred/FT can’t damage each other, and the ft members spawn isolated from each other. A shit-ton of AI spawn ALL of the time (just reskin the regular ai and make it so they can only deal melee dmge, but about 50pts per hit). The ft/pred have to find each other (pred can’t use target isolation) and survive the onslaught of ai until they can complete a mission (possibly having certain interactions requiring either the pred, a ft member, or both). Then, they ALL get exfil, perhaps with a voiceline from Zeus with something along the line of: “You want us to airlift the predator as well? I guess it helped you all escape” (please, for the love of christ, get someone to make a better line than this).
Idk what the mission might be (could be finding a cure sample, bagging some lost tech, or eliminating a few bossfights). Here’s some ideas for the what the PMC’s might turn into:
Heavy armoured PMC: Grows in size, deals 100pts of damage per hit, with 750-800hp
Light armoured PMC (guy with ballistic mask): Gets claws or some shit, deals maybe 75 dmg, and has 300hp
Sniper: DEFINITELY gets claws, elongated limbs, moves 3x as fast and does 100dmg but only has 30hp
Sniper (guy with beret): Heals/buffs regular zombies (not ‘special’ ones I have listed), has 500 hp and has a ranged spit attack that does 10dmg
One last thing: The pred’s second wind works differently. It gets 3 ‘lives’ (Number of lives replaces 2nd wind symbol) and it loses a life and respawns when it reaches 0 health. If it fully dies, the ft will have to interact with its corpse to get things they can use to complete the mission (if nescessary). To balance this, the pred gets -300 hp. Scout would get 700, hunter would get 900, etc.
*note: ft can still get reinforcements mission
I know this is ridiculous, but it isn’t any worse than clash and it would be a hell of a lot of fun to play.
