This was almost a month ago lol
I wonāt be rushing to buy the PS5 for at least a couple of months. Iām holding off incase they release a Pro version, and also the inevitable price drop. The only thing that would make me buy it from launch would be a Limited Edition Predator PS5 console, with shimmer effect casing, Predator themed menus and sound effects, and a copy of the PS5 version of this gameā¦none of which will ever happen, so Iām still going to be here well into the New Year playing this gameā¦with a tear in my eye, pain in my heart, and in total denial that the dream is overš¤£

I mean 499 is not bad for the digital only version
If Iām getting one, I want the version where I can still use Blu Ray discs as well as physical copies. I view it the same way I view owning vinyl, thereās something about owning physical copies and being able to hold that product in your hand that digital can never replicateā¦like books. Digital Graphic novels cannot compare to the feeling of holding an actual printed novel in your hand, the difference in colour, the smell of the paper and inkā¦
And itās not so much the price, itās just knowing that there is going to be different versions available somewhere down the line that I may as well wait for one of those.

I can agree with all of this. This is why my current ps4 and my slim will not be traded up right away for the fact that their will always be a 2nd gen with consoles. I have moved away from owing copies of games because there is never really any type of resale vaule in it. Most games are not ācollectable itemsā like vinyl and comic and graphic novels are. I do not agree with watching movies on my ps4 tho due to that fact that there is hardly any non spinning time if the disc so the ps4 has to run extra hard to keep up. Just me tho. I am some what of a boomer in that I like my games and tv and those type of entertainment to be in separate rooms. Idk might just be me.
I was hyped about this game the instant I heard it was being made. I donāt want it do die after just a few months, I waited over a year for this

The game is far, far, FAR! Away from being perfect. I want the game to die so hopefully somebody will start working on a Predator mmo. I want to go to different planets, hunt different species, collect trophies, hunt other players - Badbloods, Super Predator, Xenomorphs, Space Marines. Dive deep into Predator lore or Xenomorph lore. PHG is a boring pile of shit. Predator fans deserve better.
