Ik it’s not perfect, but I’m happy with it still. That does sound like a fun predator game concept tho, I’m sure we can get that even if this game doesn’t die

Just imagine all I said plus going to different planets to research different armors, weapons and experimenting on yourself to add different traits,abilities like (increased strength, better agility, speed, toughness, ect.)

It couldn’t just run on PS5?
Everybody in this financial environment is about to drop 5-600 dollars on a console?
Let alone enough people are going to drop all that just to play the new Spider-man?
“But it plays the old catalog as well”, then why not stick to the old console if support is still there waiting for a price drop on the machine and a stronger line-up?
Work is stable and while I’m probably not going to pick one up right away (normally wait a bit), I would likely grab one for Christmas if the game I spend the most hours on is waiting for me.
The graphics enhancements and getting 60 frames would be nice. Plus cyberpunk is going to look fucking fantastic on the PS5.
If your not in a good spot financially then spending the money is dumb but on the other hand the economy needs people to not be freaking out and hoarding if they can.

Just wait awhile and the prices will eventually go down, $500 to $600 could go towards building a Great computer then what any console could provide. Plus first gen consoles usually have bugs that need worked out
Like I said up above somewhere, I’ll only buy one if it is worth it to me. For the foreseeable future PHG and a couple other games are all I’m really hype for. Cyberpunk can wait for gen 2, like you said first gen ones tend to not be optimized yet. PHG would be worth it, at least to me, besides you can always buy insurance on a first gen and trade up when the seconds come out.
I do plan on upgrading to a PS5 not a PC, I only get so much gaming time and enjoy the console experience. I am jealous of the betas and game selection on PC but don’t have patience for hacks and constantly upgrading.

No. Super preds are eyeroll inducing. Predator ‘lore’ does not need to be explored. At all. The cruddy game you picture in your minds eye will never be.

I’ll be able to play Bloodborne at 60fps or 120(most likely 60) at launch I’m good, honestly backwards compability for ps4 games alone will be be worth it for me cause I can go back and play ps4 games that are horrible to play at 30fps lock like Days Gone,Bloodborne, Horizon Zero Dawn etc. I dislike 30fps locks because it feels slow and clunky, consoles should of been focused on framerates instead of on graphics its more important imo.

I barely play with other people mostly cause I dont usually like playing with other people, I mostly play games for single player experiences and some live service games.
Dude, if this game dies in a matter of months, Sony isn’t going to be in a hurry to sink tens of millions into an mmo. I would think you’d want this to be a massive success, which could conceivably lead to other predator games getting green lit.
