Even though Scarface is probably preferred over Scar, that definitely isn’t Scar’s caster, his was a bit longer

The game originally used Jungle Hunter. It’s a relic of the original intention of everyone using jungle Hunter and so at the time the new gun wasn’t made yet.

It would be cool to have Apex as a playable character, but him and Dark from AVP3 look a “little” like JH87.
But I could still see these characters easily still making it into the game.

Actually, now that I’m looking at all three characters side by side they don’t look as similar as I remembered. So Illfonic could easily put these characters into the game without people saying it’s just another JH87 skin

I doubt they bring predators from other games, I would only expect the movies and innovations, nothing more
Dark would be a welcome addition
Predators from other games aren’t off limits it’s just that people will usuallly go for the safer routes or they want something they did.
It might also lead to some issues with approvals since older Predator games didn’t have the best textures and models which could lead to hold ups.
However I would like to see Dark since in games we never had a Predator who appeared twice. Only issue is that some rights might make it hard to get certain characters be it licensing or someone somehow still has some ownership.
Apex is pretty much JH tho unless you’re playing Apex - Hunter, which is pretty much just JH but black armor and no caster (But Alpha has a caster in HG so lol). Dark would kinda be a good all rounder like Hunter/City Hunter, but I doubt he’s getting in because of “Yay, third JH Mask clone”.
I’d really like someone like Bad Blood or a Kenner Pred to bring some mix of Traditional Pred design + some new toys to not make them into Movie Clones.
We already have Toy Preds in the game so why not lmao.
I think all Illfonic has to do is ask 20th Century/Disney if they can use certain characters.
Because legally Netherrealm can’t use Apex without permission from 20th Century/Disney, same goes for Rebellion/SEGA when it comes to Dark.
But now that I think about it would Apex fall under the Predator license or the AVP license?
Apex would fall under Predator, because he and Tarkarten Xenomorph were released separately.
Of course there is Alien’s Tower Event that has you fight Predator at the end so then it gets muddled (Like every other media that says it’s for one of them but has the other in it.)

They might’ve had all three licenses. AvP is used for the Predalien but the license isn’t a bundle even though Predators are owned by the Thomas brothers from that franchise.
