People are really passionate about this. Both sides did a good job of making each other look bad. I’m sure some of those folks think they’re saving the nation
2020 Presidential Election
It would hve been a landslide for trump if he didnt let 280k ppl die
Lol. Too soon. But perhaps even more could have died so that’s what’s keeping him in this
Too soon its been 6 months its facts tho, If 280k ppl didn’t Die during his Administration this would have been a landslide re-election tbh.
There is a current study that if the US took the same Precautions as other countries did, That number would have been far less.
Idc if the numbers are buffed 280k is still alot
Trump is up over 600k in PA, the counties that haven’t reported are religiously Republican areas. Philly stopped counting early though but they have at least 300k more ballots to go through
Yeah, cause people are still getting sick and dying. There will be some heartfelt story as someone voted early and just died a day or two ago
It will be interesting to see how women voted. And the the minorities: african-american, MEN 😁
I’m no fan of the extreme left, but Biden isn’t remotely comparable to Trump, and is not in enthral to the extremes of his party in the way Trump has embraced the lunatic fringe of his (Qanon, White Supremacist Proud Boys).
Can anyone seriously look at Trump and see a good man let alone a smart one? Multiple sexual assault allegations, cheated on his pregnant wife with a porn star, failed businesses, a record of unparalleled lying about just about everything, the vocabulary of a 10yr old, the draft dodging cowardice, the immense self regard and narcissism, the willingness to cheat and rip up laws to further his own interests.
This guy is a wannabe dictator. He looks at the likes of Putin and Kim Jong and envies their status.
Trump is an ok politician I think. I’m not a fan of him on the personal level, buy still. He did ok in his first term, learned a lot and I’d advocate that his second term would be better than the first one. Unless the first term is very bad, I’d support second term for almost any candidate. They’ll have more to bring than a newcomer to the position and they’ll continue their work, instead of having a new guy reversing half of the changes
I can quite honestly and frankly argue the majority of those statements against Trump if I were so inclined. I’m not.
As for Biden, yeah he’s a classic corporate dem. He’s also not in control of the party nor will he be if he wins. The far left faction is already giddy with the idea of pushing him further towards their end. Not that I think that’ll be necessary.
In the end it looks like the Senate held red so it doesn’t matter. Biden wins it’s more stupid bickering. Trump wins and doesn’t take the house, again more of the same.
Even if Trump took the house there’s no guarantee as Republicans were spineless when the held all 3 last time, probably won’t change. In the end we’re looking at 4 years of jack shit but excuses and campaign issues that “If reelected I’ll finally get around to legislation to fix what your problem is”
It’s a bit funny hearing Trump declare victory, after saying he had no plans to do so earlier in the week. At the beginning of his speech it was the dems that would sue, by the end it was him promising too.
Guy needs better speech writers or to actually read the speeches they give him.
He did it so he can deny it later. Gotta get them fake news clips in 😁
If trump wins hell have to say a few good words about biden. ‘Joe is a nice guy, a patriot. He gave me a tough fight…it’s quite facinating that at his age he can still kick and screen…it was a close election, but i would have won easily if more people knew about his son hunter and dealing with Russia and they he called me a racist…but i digress, Joe is a nice guy’
UPDATE:
Biden: 238 (secured) + 16 (leading in) = Total 238
Trump: 213 (secured) + 70 (leading in) = Total 283
Electoral College Votes needed to win 270
Assuming each candidate gets states that they lead in right now, Trump will get 4 more years.
Senate: Republicans have 47 seats, Democrats have 45
House: Republicans have 181 seats, Democrats have 188
Edit: Michigan is an extremely close fight. Trump barely has the edge.
And if biden wins, he’ll say 'former president trump did a good job…oh, hrs still the president till January…right so…president trump did a good job, an ok job really…he did a terrible job…280k people died and it’s time to set this country straight… … … I like me some apple pie right about now…where was i, oh… President trump is a good job.
President Trump is leading Biden by 0.3% in Michigan, but I calculated that even if Biden gets Michigan, Trump will still win, and at that he will score a perfect 270
Yeah, it’s really getting tight in those few swing states
Yep, if Biden gets Michigan it is all down to timing because Biden would also get 270
Right now it’s less than 20k votes difference. And wiscons may go biden also. Case is still open in nevada. PA is key right now and they’re stalling
I would agree with that. If Biden gets Nevada and Wisconsin, he will still fall short of 270.
