Then do it dude. I’m sure they’d be willing to give that double XP back. They don’t produce garbage, they’re a small studio, what are you expecting? Plus everyone is working from home because of COVID-19, so things may take more effort and work.

They are fixed. No issues at all for me todsy. Rooms load up fast and you’re in a match playing.

If the message on the home screen/main menu is gone then chances are it’s fixed. Servers and matchmaking aren’t a simple fix, unfortunately. They’re not going to consider it fixed until it’s working and functioning without issues whatsoever. That may take a bit.
