I admire your optimism. Does anyone else feel it was a missed opportunity to not have colonial marines? Sure thier on earth but woulda been nice if they did anyway

I feel like the colonial Maries is too straight forward. Sure, lots of action, but Iād rather have more story. Androids have more upside cause it might not be all action (i still donāt know where they are going with the kids; maybe some will have sympathy for xenos or be able to communicate with them)
There also some politics possibilities here with 5 corporations.
It could be a hot mess, but Iād still take it over straight action.
It must get much better, otherwise I dont know how it got 9, 8.3 and 94 from IGN, IMDb and rotten tomatoes.
I mean the troops should have been colonial marines not based around them woulda been cool for them to incorporate them for the retrieval instead of a swat team lookin group. 2nd episode is a lil better better tho so far xeno looks better than it did in episode 1.
Im givin it a chance but weāll see if disney is able to shake thier horrible reputation by makin a decent show. But im skeptical since thier track record aint good.

So some time ago I watched Alien Theory channel in YouTube. They explain some stuff from movies and comics too. There are comics about Xenos on Earth. Infestation. I think they mention Colonial Marines there but maybe im mistaken
Alien lore like synth capabilities, i dont think any siyth has ever been almost a super hero except having strength obviously. Aliens not even worried about or preying on synths. Things like that is what i mean by lore

Well they did explore that in the show. So that was cool to find.
What i thought was interesting was the body of the xenoā¦it does have characteristics that we know old and new.

Well the show has Cyborgs, Synths and Hybrid (stated at the intro). So we donāt get whose what just yet.
So far theyve hidden or colluded their attributes but i can guess maybe what they are.
