honest,i donât care. Its not a show i want to dissect to the point of stupidity or until it makes me not want to watch more.Im enjoying the show and at this point i donât want to do what surface level attempts to demean anything.

Iâve never seen something more disagreeable condensed down into one paragraph.
We know you care, because you turn into a frothing re-tard when people say bad things about it. Unless you mean you donât care about any of the points brought up, in which case, why bother talking about the movie at all? Is it just validation seeking? âI like this show and I want people to agree with me.â Or are you looking for some kind of echo chamber where people consume product and come back for next product? Whatever the case, crying about it not going your way is tiring for everyone else.
This next sentence stems from an argument that Iâve always hated. âIf you dissect anything you wonât like it anymore.â Its just false. Alien and Aliens can be dissected and youâll come to see the nuances in the dialogue or an actorâs reaction. Youâll find a flaw here or there, nothing is perfect. Then you can dissect Resurrection or Requiem, and just find flaw after flaw, characters doing things weâve been told they wonât do, or plot points which make absolutely no sense in the context of the story. The only time it comes to the point of stupidity is when youâre seeking the proof to a conclusion youâve already generated, making stuff up to get to your desired outcome. Furthermore, if finding out something you enjoy is bad keeps you from enjoying it, what is it that you really enjoyed?
Enjoying something and something being good are separate. You are allowed to like shit, and you are allowed to dislike quality. Your subjective view does not change its objective nature. And the issues in this show run deep. The only good things about it are surface level stuff, like props and scenery.
But all in all, youâre the reason we will never have another Aliens quality movie. The âconsume slop and wait for next slopâ. The Consumer Mindset. Donât hold your media accountable for its quality, just say thank you and forget about it in a month.
Just watched episode 4. Lots of loose threads on the Prodigy sweater. Whatever the shortcoming, but the plot is getting good.
In one of the trailers we can see almost white Xeno, which tells me that kid Android (Indian guy) is gonna feed Wendyâs brother probably to a facehugger.
If that happens, itâs gonna be interesting to see what Wendy is going to do, Iâm guessing sheâs gonna go full berserk.
thereâs hints of that. The keeds are very vulnerable psychologically. I wonder how prepared prodigy is for a situation like that; when the keeds realize that they are stronger and want things their way

Iâm pretty sure the Prodigy has safety measures if one of them goes crazy. We could see that with the ginger girl when a woman said âLevel 3 threatâ.
At this point I think they could be a bigger threat than aliens the Prodigy recovered.

If i can say one good thing about the show its that its not part of the timeline cus this show is cheeks
True. I suppose their batteries are a failsafe if they can be turned off with a flip of a switch.

Fair enough, but they really went all out with the plot. Not to everyoneâs liking but I respect the courage. I suppose some will say thatâs how Disney ruins franchises.

Im almost done with four and i gotta sayâŚwhere was this in the others it was a good episode. The acting was way better. Now i will say i feel as if the show is kinda its own thing and just features aliens and not to a fault.
It does focus on this new prodigy corporation which is part of what makes it feel like its only alien featured. Still think the kids part its dumb tho like it coulda been adults and wouldnt hurt it so feels deliberate. The radio transmission communication and hearing and possibly gonna talk to aliens is kinda dumb too at least imo. The weakest parts of the episode were the indian guy and morrows part although i think morrow is a good part of the show.
Definitely better and again feel its kinda like its, its own thing featuring aliens which fits to the show if it was its own thing. Lol hopefully im gettin what i mean across but yea better now

Donât forget the Xenos arenât the only aliens/threat.
We have yet to see what the plant alien can do.

I agree, some parts of the plot are iffy and it could have been written much better.
Still a lot of availability interplay between the organism. What will happen if leeches try to drink xeno blood or will they even attempt as they can probably sense if itâs dangerous to them, the acid. Or if the eye gets into a xeno or into one of the keeds.
Kid Kavalier showed his true colors. All of the keeds are just property/assets. He was somewhat nice in the first few episodes.
The scientist husband and wife will likely pull something in the next few episodes.
Will Kirsh and the Bold guy in black suit (likely a synth/cyborg) blindly follow orders when push comes to shove.
A lot of possibilities. Prodigy will likely suffer a lot of damages going into season 2, but will still have a measure of control over the situation.
At least one of the kids will die; Indian kid likely.
