You literally go down corridors and revisit certain rooms that were present in the first campaign. Now Iâm not saying it isnât cool that we went back to Katanga and finished the job, but I am saying that your argument of 100% difference between missions is bullshit
Very easy replayability fix, they just choose not to implement it. Add a gamemode in which you complete random objectives in a randomly generated tileset. It is very simple programming, shouldnât take more than a month or two to develop it under professional care
Not true. Yes, we go back to the Katanga but you are routed a different way through the ship. You donât revisit any of the first map at all.
Play through all three of the first and fourth campaigns and tell me you donât go through a few of the same rooms. I canât quite describe specifics, but itâs there if you pay attention.
So I just ran through the final three missions (as one of todays daily is to destroy eggs).
What I found is as I stated, you do not run through any of the maps from the first mission.
From the start of âThe Only Way To Be Sureâ (Mission 01) you once again board the Katanga Refinery but are routed in a different direction from before. Then, halfway through the mission you cross over into âLikasi Towerâ, an unexplored part of the refinery which houses the hive and finishes off mission 01 and continues in missions 02 and 03 of the final missions.
So while the first half of mission 01 may look similar to the missions from âPriority Oneâ, it is not.

Mission 01 diverts you to Likasi Tower where at the end of mission 02 you take the core lift up to the Queen where mission 03 takes place.

Iâll say it again since you missed it the first 2 times. Play through the first and fourth campaigns. Drone room. Sentry corridor. Stairwell transitions. And the last one I can remember off the top of my head, first synth engagement room, the transition room between the sentry corridor and large open shootout area. Each of these rooms is seen in the first and last campaigns.
Furthermore, pay attention to transition rooms in every campaign. Some of them are copy and paste hallways.

Not the 4x8 corridor formula which you blindly guide yourself through as you have said. People pay more attention to story and narrative details, plot elements.
