No, they didn’t. You can look up the figure and the wording is EXCLUSIVE. Illfonic backpedaled weeks after the figure was already released. I can attach a picture of my box as proof as well. This idea of the figure being released later for free is bizarre. Illfonic said they would release the figure at a cost but never for free or early access.

Also I have the 87 skin. So I don’t care about that. But there needs to be something for those who got the alpha. Cause this is nonsense

Definitely code. I don’t know who started this “exclusive figure” nonsense but they’ve managed to mislead several people into thinking a fucking toy is exclusive when it’s the CODE.

So the way I read that, and look I know you’re mad, and to be honest honest I don’t give a shit about the lobster Predator, is you get an exclusive code for Alpha.
A code but nothing states is exclusive forever and this is the only way.
Everything I read from all news sources, its early access. So an “Exclusive” early access code. Its still exclusive as there was no other way to get it before the release.
Maybe they did do a full back pedal but it is what it is.

If you feel they legitimately lied, seek legal counsel - but marketing talk and lawyer talk will be able to spin that easily their favor.
Exclusive code inside. There is no other place to get this code. The code is exclusive. It says nothing about the class being exclusive.
