What loadouts and tactics have helped you to best a predator solo? On Derailed with MG249 and any secondary weapon with gear head and 3 syringe.
I have made quite a few preds rage quit after being solo killed :)

Loadouts I used during 1 v 1 skirmishes:
Dutch 2025
Hammerhead
2nd SMG (in phone atm can’t check)
Heavy hitter
Dexterous
Pig n’ shit
Only happened once (definitely have some 2 v1s recorded with @RantOrRave on his twitch, shameless plug), but this happened after rushing inside a building and pretty much spammed melee while I kept going behind him.

I’m using some new builds with recoil atm, and I’m finding it useful. Only matter of time before I bag em and tag em again lol

u can’t solo a predator unless there are a huge gap in skill between ft and pred

this too is true I am always looking for ways to kill the pred solo or at least second wind him. Lets face it when he has long jump I let him go depending on some parameters. Its something about the way he hops about.
I feel there should be a PARKOUR BUTTON like Assassins Creed that allows the pred to traverse small obstacles very quickly. Its kind of silly I can hop on a car and make PS4 players work to keep up with me.

Never been 1v1’d from full hp before. Only a few times after raping 3 of them and getting stuck or whatever has a solo FT got the last laugh. 2v1 has happened a few times. One shooting the other with bane and heavy hitter.

He ain’t wrong.
But you can tank a lot of damage with:
- Support with thick skin
- Dutch ‘87 or ‘25 with thick skin and OWLF trained
Pair those with:
- rp103
- gosl-r with extended mag
- pit bull with extended mag
These put out a lot of damage while you tank damage from the predator.
What it means “pal”?

Actually I think the only way to literally 1 vs 1 a full hp pred in a close combat is hit him twice in the head with the sniper and melee him 2/3 times in a raw with heavy hitter. Orher wise it’s almost impossibile to win he knows what he is doing. Of course if the Pred has a Net Gun no matter how good you are he will win 99% of the time even the 1 vs 2. With trapper perk even 1 vs 3 if he is good.

Yeah. You can’t actually 1v1, but for beginners, there are some punishing builds. That’s what I was trying to suggest.
Also, if the predator has the net gun, there is no 1v1. You may as well turn around and bend over.

I still think that if you have your knife out, you should be able to immediately free yourself from the net, for balance reasons, but whatever. Recently, I try to only run with a premade, so I don’t have to worry about constantly carrying the team.
Pal is the same as saying “mate”, “buddy”, “friend”, “dude”.
