Why the fuck is there a self destruct if it can be disarmed it it’s so pointless like you go and update the game but then will have bugs in it and then not to mention still having a self destruct mode but it can be stoped I have never seen that once in the films nor should it be in the game it has just made the game 10 times worse then what it already was GET RID OF THAT PUTRID DISARMING as it’s fucking bullshit

I’m not completely against it, really like the idea to be honest. But it needs to be more difficult and only 1 person at the time being able to acces it. How should 4 people pushing buttons like crazy on 1 console be able to diffuse an alien bomb?

I get where your coming from to but the whole thrill of the end part to the game is running away it becomes redundant when you can go beep bop beep bop bang done no explosions

And they should make that if you fail the defuse even once, the bomb explodes immediately

They really should make it more difficult. In the movie, I’m pretty sure the symbols are ever-changing, like a timer ticking - it would be really cool if the symbols were slowly changing… or something.
It should be a clutch thing to do. Not just “ez gg”
If they do make it more difficult though, they need to get rid of the wall-block defusal glitch/tech where a Predator faces a wall so you can’t shoot their mask off to start defusing
Yes in the movie the symbols are changing and going down like a timer would on a real bomb it’s hard to think you wold try make the game realistic but ignore that fact and then make it near impossible to explode yourself while every game I play now has me being disarmed becomes redundant having a self destruct if you can just waltz right in there and turn the thing off
As far as the disarming of the bomb I’ve tried it once this whole time. Looks like you just match them up right and hit ok?Well I say if you get an incorrect sequence it would automatically go off…killing everything in its radius. There should also be repurcussions for dying in the blast…you decided to stay, attempt a disarm and fail -1500xp ha. Or something like that. Check this out too since where talking about the self-destruct mechanism.

Self destruct needs to be harder to disarm with a much wider blast radius. It needs to be if you waited to long to decide to fight or flee then you die. Now for the defusing i think if they let more than one person do it they should have the same puzzle but if one guy messes up it sets everyones bomb back. Also they need to add at least 2-3 more symbols in there.

The nuke was stopped once in the film, by shoving a smart disc through it. But no, it wasn’t hacked. However because we got the greatest movie of all time The Predator, we can now translate it. Sigh
I would say that you should barely be able to go from the center to safety before it goes off. And I don’t want more than one person hacking it, considering how small the wristcomp is. But I don’t think it should go off if you mess up, because I don’t want a troll teammate killing everyone because he can, but kick him out if he messes up, so that he can no longer hack it, and he won’t have the time to escape.
Also why can they disarm the bomb while being shot (and hit), by 5 npcs?
Pretty sure being hit with a shit load of bullets would break your concentration…

To be fair the developers could have just made it as simple as just chopping the arm off with a smart disc just like harrigan did in predator 2 movie to disable the fuse, so be greatful and you sound mad that someone took you out and cracked your code lol
The codes are easy and from what my online friends say when we are all in a lobby it’s simple so it’s not like it’s “cracking a code” and yeah if they had put that in the game that would of been more understandable then disarming the bomb it’s illogical your on your own mission not there to find a predator but then you can just disarm high tech alien bombs it’s hard to believe and yea I can be mad because it’s a joke that it’s like that and it’s that easy to do so and no stuff up repercussions so yeah “lol” wouldn’t even be a start buddy I’ll only be assuming your one of many that go around and disarm the bomb and think it’s funny where it’s just plain annoying

But seriously, “HIGH TECH” alien bombs? I’ts a small tactical nuke, we have those scattered across the globe. And its a match the number mini game, just in a different (Alien) language…
Pretty hard to not die when your getting swamped by two to three mini guns and a shot gun or vice verser then at the same time attack and pick off whilst not being spotted and then being once again swamped by sweats hummmmm I didn’t think of that might try that next time I’m not trying other tactics whilst I’m trying not to die 🤔 and yes high tech was a word I used for it because when you watch the films they don’t have any idea what it is until I think the new one but not many people like that one but besides the point
It’s a game, not a movie…
An expensive OWLF perk that allow you to dissarm it would solve it… Then players would need to choose between their perks that they usally run now, or being able to dissarm it…
