Apparently you need to go back and read your terms and service agreement you gave you electronic signature to because using any glitches to gain an advantage whether it’s known or not and it also shouldn’t be there and you exploit it anyways is a direct breach of that “contract” you signed.
5.10. Do not cheat, or use any bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities or unintentional mechanics in Content or the PSN to get an advantage or to gain unauthorized access to Content.

Doesnt mean anyone should do it or that’s its cool to do.
If you do it to fuck with your buddies its whatever, but if your doing it vs randoms that’s pretty fucked.
They still legally can due to contract you signed. Xbox has done it before to people abusing glitches who got caught. Typically not the first step. They perma ban the account and if the person keeps coming back and exploiting the glitches from the same IP if they didn’t learn their lesson the first time they just brick the system.
Nothing against you in this. But me personally if your not my friend, me trying to be your friend or just messing around having fun or entertainment or part of my family. Everyone else can go fuk themselves I’ve seen the world for a long time and I gave up on the world when. I was 15 so I just fan the flames of chaos with popcorn in hand. And watch the show.

Everyone who played d1 back in the day did a few glitches for the raids because those parts didnt feel rewarding.
But depending on the context,
Ppl shouldnt get fucked over for glitches.
I’m more lenient tho, cause I like to fuck around and have fun sometimes.
Don’t really do shit like hide under the map tho.

I am pulling this directly from the Terms of service agreement everyone signs read it very carefully. I’ll even put it in all caps for you to read:
DO NOT CHEAT, OR USE ANY BUGS, GLITCHES, VULNERABILITIES OR UNINTENTIAL MECHANICS IN CONTENT
under section 5.10.
Using a glitch to hide under the map so you can’t be killed is using bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities that are not meant to be there. Not to mention also falls under griefing because you are holding the game hostage until either the Predator lets you kill him, he leaves game, or the timer ends.

Neh destiny is dead to me.
Kinda hurts cause I used to love it.
Sony has been more lenient recently on that note and games and let the company game makers deal with most of there problems unless it affects the console itself.
Meh depends where it comes from, from how specific it is its iffioncs not sony just like I said. And so far havent seen anybody or video wise get kicked mid-Match saying you have been banned. But maybe I just never seen it can you show me one where it happend?
