Swear people think as long as you don’t immediately snipe their mask off or hit the spot button they must be safe and undetectable and anything else is hacking especially if you shoot them at headlevel from their “full invis”

I’ll say that I’ve never played with them, but I’ve watched their videos and there is nothing there but an exceptional amount of skill.
It is not cheating, it’s simply top-tier play.

Cheating undoubtedly exists - with PHG too. More often with PC players.
But, most often, the first impression of the opponent being a cheater, is not right. So, be careful with concrete accusations…
Most often, the real reason for strange things happening are bugs, exploits (e.g. changing the foliage detail) and last but not least: outstanding abilities of the opponent.
If you play as PS vs PC, you quite often experience strange things. But that is not just due to the more frequent usage of cheats or exploits, but also due to the HUUUUUUUGE difference between PC and PS - in all terms!
PHG on PC is a total different game compared with PHG on PS4 and if you play crossplay, you often wonder: how was that possible… And that is not (just) due to cheating.
So, cheating exists, but it is (far) less common, than one could think - if you ask me…

By the way, I sometimes experience a FT team mate, who is able to disarm the predator self destruction bomb in less then 2s, sometimes even in less then a second.
Does anybody know a bug related to that or is this a cheat? I cannot imagine, that it is possible without, or am I wrong?
I once encountered a player, who did that thrice…
if the pred does not arm the bomb before you shoot it down it goes down without having to disarm
I do not believe is possible for someone to do it in less than one second. 2 or 3 seconds is plausible with enough practice.
I also can’t think of a way someone can cheat a random generating code.
Modified game files (true cheating) are supposedly scanned by EasyAntiCheat and it wouldn’t allow you to play online, although this is questionable
Either way, none of the players that constantly get called cheaters disarm nowadays. There’s no point in waiting there for 2 minutes fighting stupid AI. There’s no reward. We will just leave and re-queue

In all three cases, the bomb already was armed and I was ready to run… Then, before I even started to run, said person already had disarmed the bomb. Same game with one and the same person (over some days).
He was PS4 - or at least, this was displayed.
This was one of the seldom cases, where I really was suspicious concerning a cheating player…
Nonetheless, one always has to keep in mind, that it also could be a bug - the probability might even be bigger…:)

I dont believe its possible to empty two glock clips in 2-3 seconds , but I’ve seen it done

You talk about PC cheating as if there’s anything more besides macros. There’s no aimbot or even wallhack to begin with, not even a SINGLE case. All you, who keep calling PC players cheaters, always run out of examples when asked what are those “cheats”. And as always its either macros or “lOw gFx” that literally adds nothing to your ability to aim or fundamentals in general.

that is some major bullshit. There is no way that can be done unless game files are edited, which, again, should be detected by easyanticheat
