I run multiple times into randoms getting wiped by PC. The difference PC has better ways of countering then close to a instant 1 shoot weapon.
Nop, they aim for the legs. Go have a look at the PS tournament, see j2ezg50 playing. He even confirms it in the chat. This is just an example. You can quickly recover it, is not about the drop off.
The predator triggering alarms is game braking. It removes the little stealth play the FT has and invalidates things like silencers on weapons. Whatâs the point in using them if the predator can just trigger the alarms before you get there? Whatâs the point of alarm stations if you canât get to them to destroy them.
Or they can put a charge system like the bow , if you charge it at max the spear projectile speed will increase and do more damage
Alarming camps is a tactic, I dont use silencers anyway ever screw the loss of damage against the predator, itâs a mechanic but it doesnt guarantee that you get to use it eveytime and as the predator alarms I get a fix on where theyâre at when at first I dont see them by the map as fireteam I see the ai that says kill just like predator see the pigs you kill as fireteam
Now things are different btw, Predator is much stronger than before, and fireteam weaker. I won large majority of my games against pc squads, even agaisnt russian tournament squads. The problem of the Predator right now is the amount of bugs he has. You can literally lose game for those bugs. Wrist blade meler attack instead of shooting arrow with the bow and you are dead, no pings in the map with miltiple target isolations and you are dead, spear bug of the city hunter and you are super dead, there are others but it s gonna be long and annoying. Fix the game, then we can start talking about balance changes.
PC has very little counters used outside the effective range of the FT. Itâs free damage while braindead pubs stand ontop of objectives, if you want to talk about pubs.
Atleast ~2 FT lose half their hp at no risk to the pred its not like im going to drop my plasma caster if I miss. Free damage on approach compared to trying to be a railgun god spear sniper.
You have a far easier time one-trick ponying with caster than spear. PS tournament literal who talking about aim. If you THROW IT at their feet at midrange it hits the ground.
You can put everything under âits a tacticâ tag. I donât run silencers myself, whatâs the point when most games alarms are triggered by pred anyway? If the predator triggers them, then the predator should be chased.
The no pigs thing might be partly due to fireteams mission status, a lot of games there are a good amount at the start but once the team gets the exfil stage theyâve become harder to find. At least that is what we have started noticing as a trend, most private matches lately have fit this
I would rather have to deal with a good PC user then a good pistol or spear user. He needs to pick over buildings and you can get shoots in. Thatâs just me.
Not feet, legs. No idea how you define mid range tho. To me close range is just outside melee range, mid range just outside that.
Trees exist and provide a one way shield at an angle and no one is going to shoot through two layers of trees. Cornerpeaking buildings more than once is a noobtrap to get your mask shot off, but pubs are so bad they canât figure out where a dithered lens caster is coming from anyways.
The city hunters glitch aim down sights a bunch and it gets out though if youâre not with friends the fact the the glitch happened has you face down in the dirt, only saying that so that if youâre avoiding the buggy CH try with some friends first the only glitch thatâs game breaking is the wrong weapon wheel loadout the others are workable with friends. And in no way am I saying they shouldnât fix it because Iâd like to be more competitive but the bugs make that an issue, sometimes I think PC has more issues then PS but with most people unclear about their platform in the bugs reported itâs hard to tell
Eh. If he is up in a tree and he shoots I just got his location and I can track him after. He has nothing to really hide behind and reposition. I think leaping on building and shooting from roofs is far better. You lose track after he shoot and where he moved to.
Dithered lens is a good perk out of a sea of perks I wouldnt choose, though it can be distinguished from AI snipers now even more then before
So is the issue whether or not something is easy to wipe pubs with or just that it killed you quickly and prevented you from solo carrying because you struggle against single target damage? I can tell you right now that ps pubs dont look up.
One more bug is when you have a specific button for a weapon , you start spamming it and for some reason it doesnât equip that, or it does but with a huge delay.
Eh? The problem is something canât 1 shoot and the other canât. 1 require charged up and makes you visible, the other does not, one provides blind, the other does not. Spear is good up close and at a distance, try using PC up close. My problem is how much one can do.
In this game i struggle the most against pistol and elder sword (if weâre dealing with a good player).
Yes, that is a new one, at least in the weapon wheel. Just try to switch from there to knife from a rifle and see what it does. Had to change to switching to knife with V and then doing heavy attacks.
Play support/assault. Single target damage = high. AOE weapons = lower damage.
We talked about spear up close, your issue is the hypothetical damage at a distance because for some reason you think waiting for the perfect moment to railgun people with it is easier than just taking potshots with a caster because you dont touch pred ever.
Yes , I noticed the weapon wheel bug, so annoying.
I am, my classes are Dutch and support with thick skin. On the other hand, that does not invalidate how much that weapon can do.
BTW. No idea if its a bug but a legs shot can kill a 175 HP person (with a video) and it 1 shoot me down from 190 HP(donât have a vid).
Aside for the above, I donât get 1 shoot, I donât play those clases. Still it does not make it right on how much it can do.
