Its easy to pick the surface level shit being that the movie is about natives vs a predator lol you act like they fleshed everythin out. They make that very clear at the start of the movie when she can’t even catch a deer, then they show a scene where she attaches a rope to her hatchet & now she can magically kill rabbits. It makes no sense & it is lazy. Its also convenient that she can’t kill a deer yet we are somehow supposed to suspend disbelief that she can beat a Predator.
She also very blatantly says she wants to hunt because everyone thinks she can’t, so yes she does do it out of spite.
