True. There is still the steam release. Not going to be enough to save the game though. It needs a big, juicy update bundled with the release if it is to be saved.
As I’ve said in other threads regarding this topic the Biggest Direction I want this game to go in FEB is in the way of Running Smoothly with as few bugs if any at all. At this point content should be much lower on the list than having the game run correctly almost 9 months after its release. Don’t get me wrong I’m a customization goblin and of course more content is nice BUT imagine if the game ran nigh perfect I don’t think I’m alone in saying waiting even 3 more months afterwards for more content would be less painful if the game ran smooth as butter.
But then again who knows what Feb will bring but the fates themselves. Guess We’ll See
Game should have been good from the jump. I’m tired of devs getting a slap on the wrist for releasing a halfbaked game after charging triple aaa price. And then we gotta sit and wait for them to make this game somewhat decent. Honestly I hope illfonic never touch another ip after this game. This game is hot 🗑 in it’s current state

At this point no and I hope they don’t, illfonic should not be involved with the game anymore a new dev team needs to come on and fix this mess. In all honesty they should just stop making games they have never made a good game, and this isnt me just being negative go look at all of the games they have devolped none of them were good or “Underrated.” there just bad or mediocre also they were involved with Sonic Boom and that says enough as is, Friday Doesn’t count cause they were working with other devolpers and even then that game had glaring issues.Also them being a small team doesn’t count either cause indie devs pump out much better quality games and they usually have fewer people working on them than illfonic does. Most likely Febuarys update is going to be like, a new paid dlc, cosmetics, more ft gear, and then they’ll be like “Thats all folks see ya in april.” Im not looking forward to future of the game, put it out of its misery or get a dev team that actually gives a shit.

Proof is in their actions, or lack thereof. Day 1 bugs are still there. More bugs come up every month. No fixes. Not even a fucking word of acknowledgement. They leave the game a broken fucking mess while they go on vacation and tweet about headphones. The games been out 9 months and it’s in worse shape in every technical sense.

Can you give me an example of a dev that actually does this? BEcause its like you’re describing a non-gaming company or at least one thats on the stock exchange. Gearbox got gutted by showing a demo that was slightly different from their product and 15year olds everywhere wanted to sue them for scaring their mom’s purse.
