Having seen all the problems caused for months (having its zenith now) by illfonic to the buyers of its game. I would like to know what illfonic thinks about this, and also the consumers: do you think they should compensate us in some way?

Nah, just because we’re masochists who enjoy being screwed by the game doesn’t mean we should get something. We all had the choice as a consumer to stick around or tell them to get fucked.

Depends what you mean by compensation? Maybe throwing a few 1000 worthless V credits to players? Perhaps. Actual real-world money? No chance.
Go and have a chat with the players of the PVP for GhostRecon Breakpoint. They’ve had nothing from UbiSoft, and that game’s problems make PHG look like a model of excellence. I seriously doubt a small studio like Illfonic is going to be reimbursing anyone.

It wouldn’t kill them to run a double XP and Veritanium weekend. Or hell even raise the level cap and give us an ancient predator unlock if they’re feeling mighty generous

I mean some kind of power-ups, skins made to wink at users, a dlc … (something that makes it seem like you care about your community) and I don’t care what happens in games that I didn’t buy, I claim for what I buy. I would not think of telling anyone not to claim their rights because others in another product from another company do not recognize them. what stupidity. and if I continue in the game it is sporadically, to see if they fix the game, I continue playing so as not to feel cheated at all, not by masiquismo. what kind of person are you to think like that ??? I have bought this game quz it promised the thrill of the hunt expiriance. What it failed to mention is that it will only be on the FT. I feel like I was cheated by devs quz the title of this product is PREDATOR. I’m geting close to regreting this purchuase and this is comming from a diehard predator fan…
I agree with what @GrimmReaper said about a 2x XP bonus or VT bonus but that’s it, if they start adding in special skins because you decided to stick around since the beginning you’ll start to get arguments from people demanding they get it too and it’d be like the JH arguments all over again. Regardless we shouldn’t be getting prizes for sticking around, we had a choice to continue to play the game or get our money back but that’s just my opinion you can ask for whatever you like or makes you feel better.
I am going to explain myself a little better … I did not say exclusive, simply that they deliver it already unlocked and that the laters pay it with veritanium or something, and in case of being a DLC it would be a logical compensation to those who suffered the inconvenience , who did not suffer them has no right … logically.
We did not have that option I claimed my money … and here I am. If they had returned it to me, I would not be writing in this forum

Pause. Breakpoint does NOT make hunting grounds look good. This game literally has been bugged to the point of not running as of recent. This is easily the worst multiplayer title in like, forever. I’ve played breakpoint and it BLOWS but being straight up bad does not beat unplayable lol
I don’t want to derail this thread too much with talk of other games, but Breakpoint’s PVP is definitely much more broken than PHG and has gotten worse with each cack-handed infrequent patch. The latest patch caused players to be invisible and spawn outside the map boundaries, and still didn’t address any of the ‘since game launch’ issues (arcady game movement, spin in circle to avoid bullets, sniper weapon exploits, the list is endless). Breakpoint has been out much longer than PHG, and every single patch has made the PVP actually worse (PVE has faired slightly better but not by much).

That’s great and all but hunting grounds is literally unplayable. There’s, uhh actually nothing worse than that?
PHG is not ‘literally unplayable’ - that’s hyperbole. I played it last night. I’ve had the grand total of 2 crashes since the title launched.
Yes, people are up-in-arms about perceived balance issues and glitches that still need addressing, but it is not unplayable.

So because a small percentage (or ‘TONS’ as you put it) of people are having issues getting the game to work, that means it’s unplayable for everybody?

It’s not an exaggeration dude that’s the point. It’s unplayable, meaning you freeze, or error code, and I have seen a lot of people on here saying the same thing, and seeing as there’s not a shit load of people on these forums anymore, hearing a dozen people on here have this same issue leads me to believe it’s happening to a lot of people who aren’t on here to voice it. Me and 2 friends tried playing the other night and we ALL were freezing and error coding out. We can’t play the game. It’s not an exaggeration.
