If they decide to make some gesture by releasing 2xp, VT bonus, a mythical trophy (this would interest me in that it could only be unlocked in the crates), or a skin then thatâs on them I donât feel like they should be obligated to do so. I would want illfinic to say sorry if they caused it, i think Sony needs to publicly apologize to all of us and to illfonic for sitting back and letting illfonic take all the backlash even if Sony is trying to give people the crossplay they want they can still own that it has caused something unexpected thatâs very irritating to their consumers
Sony hates crossplay tho. They were the last of the consoles to let games have crossplay. They said way back in the day of early season 1 fortnite that crossplay is very unstable and has not been fully worked out and is in early development across all platforms.
It isnât that simple. Sony is unlikely to ever admit to anything and crossplay is not the only issue we have had.
If they do say sorry via a gift, it is likely to be for the crashes which may or may not, have to do with crossplay.
