Down Range and Fearless not working when together?

I had read on the subreddit that Down Range and Fearless do not work when the two perks are used simultaneously on a Predator loadout. Is there anyone who can confirm?

Or at least, the bug cancels Down Range and so only Fearless is working when they are used together. Still, can someone test for me please?
