An alarming number of them are, and they are getting bolder with pushing their agendas. Lets not forget about banning abortion in Texas cuz of zealous religion had gotten a high number of women killed because they were denied abortion for medical treatment. NOW they want to implement this on a national scale.

Though albeit with taxes i think there is a threshold where no taxes should be paid (under 60k a year) over that it’s some number until like the 20mil mark where i’d probably be okay with insane tax rates like 40% because it’s not possible realistically to spend that money as an individual but ONLY on income not assets

Government needs money to support social programs like universal healthcare UBI or schools

I know i am a crazy person i have meds for that that i will probably struggle to afford again like i did pre 2016 at some point in the future

I just have the bad gene of being a utilitarian wanting everyone’s lives to improve not just my own it’s why i literally do other peoples job’s at my work alongside my own just so other people don’t have to work as hard even though my workplace is fully staffed (I literally do 3 peoples jobs even though the 2 extra jobs i do on the clock are staffed even during while i’m there just because i want them to have to work less)

Sometimes though i wish i had the selfish gene though like my cousin B does

I support Gun Rights, hell I think you guys haven’t gone far enough. You should legally be allowed to defend your homes with a Minigun if need be. Open Carry & the right to self defence is a good thing and if we could have an armed populice over here in the UK it wouldn’t be an authoritarian nightmare.

I support the Death Penalty, Rape & Paedophilia should be instant chairs or hanging no 2nd chances.

I support a tight border with harsh crackdowns on Illegal Immigration. Do it by the book or get the fuck out.

I want full LGBT rights, gay marriage, the works. Same for any miniority group honestly, we are quite literally all born equal and should only be judged purely on our actions & merit.

I’m Pro-Choice, not 'cause I agree with it morally but because I think its a necessary evil and people need it to save the lives of unwell mothers or victims of abuse. Making it illegal is just gonna hurt more innocent people. Those that brag about getting them are scum tho, just fucking use protection.

I want lowered taxes, taxation is theft and if they can’t be completely removed they should at the very least be minimised as much as possible.

I support sex work & porn being full legalized, its the oldest profession & we need to make it safer for those who do it.

I want all drugs legalized so they can be regulated & treated the same way tobacco & alcohol is, you’d also just fucking kneecap the drug trade by doing this.

And of course, the good old Teddy Roosevelt policy of 4 Day Work Weeks, 8 Hour Shifts maximum.

The biggest issue right now, besides corrupt politicians and corporations, is trying to get my fellow working class people on the right to understand that the left is not turning people gay and better pay is not communism.

^ That is my issue that I have to deal with in a oversimplified sentence right there. How can I tell them they are drinking poison, but they are telling me it is not. There are still people who think vaccines causes autism, which was half the country when COVID happened.

ALSO, the only reason why I allied with Harris is just that it gives grassroot progressive movements enough breathing room to implement positive change like what went down in Missouri with adding $15 minimum wage, more benefits, and paid medical leave. With Trump around, pushing such things will be even MORE difficult. It’s just a pragmatic move, in no way I trust Dems at all to do anything really.

tbh i agree with most of this i have some caveats in some issues because there’s nuanse to all things generally i think my two crazies positions are

i’m super against gambling i think that shit should be illegal due to it’s capability of completely destroying someone’s life in a way that’s different than a substance that would just cause death like heroin

I do not think Copyright law should exist as it does now i however am too uninformed on it truely to give an opinion other than it should absolutely be changed or lessened

I’m going to have to disagree hard here and say that it’s a genuinely grey area where it benefits everyone overall. It’s not perfect but it has it’s positives and not even I know exactly what to do with it but abolishing it outright is NOT the move.

Changed? Yeah, it can be better but the nuances is so deep that I need a month itself to understand it fully.
