Dutch gets picked up by a chopper only to get tossed out with radiation sickness, alive, and covered in what appears to be maggots. Tossed back into the jungle during take off. He is never heard from again in the comics that are still going to this day. The DLC should also introduce dutch’s brother (fights more and discovers more about predators fyi) as a playable character which is cannon and his adventures towards finding his brother as the tapes. Sorry just had to speak up about the actual writing and story. Twisting things like this is why the movies never took off. AVP movie was twisted so much that the movie and comics were only the same in title and boy did they miss out on using great content.

He’s now being “heard from” again in a continuation of his story to explain what happened after he left in the chopper until now. I definitely consider this canon.

lol good solution, I can live with that, its just that if we’re ever gonna get the full predator experience people just need to stop trying to put a different spin on the original story. You’d be amazed how much they butcher it.

It happens like that with a lot of rebooted or continued franchises. I dont mind it as much cause Arnold is pretty cool so to see him again is pretty nice.
But I get it bothering some people. So I think a parallel universe is a good option.

yeah dont get me wrong im thrilled to see dutch as a dlc character, this is more in protest to the recordings that continue his nonexistent story, but i’ll go into it with an alternate universe mindset

As you can see here, when pred shoots them from the tress, dutch has enough time to get up and run away. Because what you dont see is pred desperately trying to get off tree only for the the game to think hes still on the tree. So our bug issues? Cannon. XD
