I feel it’s like I said, either all pred weapons need the tracking of the combi, or to feel smoother. I tried it out as well not too long ago, cause I used it till I got the combi, but I just didnt like the feel.

You’re new here eh? Take a good look around theres plenty of ppl saying you can, using an animation cancel to skip being stuck. You still do the twirling and shit you, but you can move right after you slam.

Press leap again as soon as you land. Try not to spam it. It also damages through walls and ceilings.

The AoE going through walls is what I originally thought this thread was about.

I tested it, and a charged Plasma Cannon AoE also penetrates objects (walls). This leads me to assume that this is intended behavior for the Leap Slam as well.

As for me I find the animation cancel or ice skating isnt too bad, but I think the clip damage is a bit too much. But i use it against extreme campers.

Other than that I try not too.

I agree the animation cancel is still up for debate, that one I think it is easy to see both sides.

The AoE though I feel is working as intended.

The best thing is, I had a FT adapt to me pooping on their roof. I heard them say in comms: “He is just going to keep doing that, we need to gtfo and try something else.”

And they did. They moved off, covered each other, and stopped camping inside.
