Can’t pick just one. In a semi-chronological order: Gauntlet, Falcon (F-16 flight sim on the Commordore Amiga), Tomb Raider 1 & 2, Command & Conquer Red Alert series, Micro Machines, Metal Gear Solid, Quake 3 Arena, AVP2, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Ghost Recon Wildlands, and yes despite its many faults, Predator Hunting Grounds, as this is the closest thing to recreating the mood and atmosphere of the original movie, while at the same time allowing me to be the Predator and hunt actual human opponents.
