So have I and I also played the trial. Also not sure why you keep bringing up spotting. Highlighted by a red line and being totally red altogether is a pretty huge difference that you seem to be very confused by. It is called a CHAM and it’s not uncommon. People in CS GO use it all the time. I am struggling to find the original post where this was revealed but in doing so I found several mentions of this besides sooooo…

i usually never play in the morning due to connectivity. You end up playing people in other countries or just to damn far away. Playing predator is to damn clunky and just doesnt feel stealthy… feels more like vs a pc fireteam… i have to kill them fast before they heal to make this a 3 v 1

This wasn’t the original post that I saw on this cheat but the link in one of the comments does show the same cheat that I was referring to. Granted that person wasn’t sure if it could be used in public matches or not but it is most certainly plausible and I don’t personally don’t see any reason it wouldn’t have been possible given the sorry state of the servers and matchmaking that we are still seeing today.

Edit: I decided to remove the direct link that was linked in the thread here that shows the cheat because I don’t want to penalized for it but the cheat link is in the comments on the thread linked here.

However I personally think that even if it is this I have seen on FT and what the OP experienced I think it is rather rare to encounter this as I have only seen anything that seemed to suggest this was being used by a player a handful of times and most of those were in the past couple days and likely just bad luck.

That requires manipulation of a DLL file that is checked by anticheat before launching a game…
Is only possible if you bypass authentication and run purely private games on a private server.

So pretty much only possible in beta trial.

It also requires you to be using the hack for you to see the predator like that.

There is no way to have fool proof anti cheat software. Some of the biggest gaming companies in the world struggle to prevent cheating and hacking in their games. Is it really that hard to believe a small company’s game anti cheat software, whoever it was from, could be bypassed?

So if you are saying you have seen the predator looking like that then you are pretty much admitting to using the hack. (that is what it looks like from the exploit PC not the other players pc)

That’s the point of the exploit, to make the other player stand out. If you are seeing what’s in those screen shots then you are the one hacking…

What a gross misrepresentation of what I said lol. I said nothing of ever seeing the Predator like that myself but seeing players that seemed like they weren’t playing legitimately and being sketchy.

I guess when you don’t have a substantive rebuttal that isn’t totally ridiculous like suggesting it is impossible to use a cheat then you do have to resort to character assassination and twisting words to achieve that.

Hi this conversation has diverted into one on hacking. Allow me to share a personal anecdote and why this post is directed at players like me.

My favorite loadout is a 10x sniper with a silencer, Pigs in Shit, Silent, Yautjas Bane. My game play is “overseer”. Push silently to the highest point of a compound and take out ai wandering around. While the other three are running the objective, I keep an eye on AI spawns, camp alarms, and the treeline.

Headphones are CRUCIAL. I can hear Predators and they can’t hear me. They focus the compound, not knowing where I am. I can SEE you climb that tree and turn invisible. The last place you were visible is obviously the place you are idling. Often times if I’m on a high rock, a Predator will run right by me. Yesterday I stood next to one. It was insane.

Part two. When predators are spotted and fleeing, they STILL don’t know where I am. Say I’m at a vantage point where I CAN see both sides of the hill or rock. This is super common. And if I get lucky, predators will squat down to heal, still in range of my 10x scope.

I am not trying to praise myself or circle jerk. I just recognize this frustration as what I imagine predators feel like when they can’t find an angle and keep getting spotted. This is not (typically) a glitch I am an asshole bc this is my intention; Scout things out and don’t let the Predator into the perimeter.

The challenge is identifying where all 4 FT members are before staking claim.

anticheat detects it.

Just used dll injection to test and anticheat picked it up straight away.
Even after the anticheat launches before the game, dll injection after initialisation caused an instant de-auth (upon starting a match (private solo match but I’m not willing to get banned for trying to test it in public).

So cheating is impossible? Why don’t you tell to anyone that has ever played Call of Duty or CS GO or even fucking Starcraft 2 or literally anything. Any programming can be bypassed. It is impossible to have 100% fool proof programming especially in this day and age. To suggest it is not possible is naivety of the highest caliber.

I didn’t say no hacks exist, I asked for proof.
Evidence to support an accusation.
If you go back to the very start of this thread, the original post, that I posted to. I questioned the accusation that because s/he lost a match after not playing, pretty much since launch, the game is full of cheaters.

I never actually made an accusation so I don’t have to prove shit. In fact I actually even stated I wasn’t even sure whether or not it still worked and shit. What I did say was there is a cheat that existed and I provided the evidence for that claims. What you said was there was no way it could work or it would be immediately detected upon launching the game client.

So you have cheat software ready to go to launch this shit? Why don’t you post evidence then? You told me I had to post for claims I didn’t even make. And how exactly does testing one cheat that may not have been usable in public matches to begin with which we have no confirmation of somehow prove that no cheats can work? And I never even said it still works or not either.
